Well, that....an elliptical, a stationary bike, a couple of weight machines, a bottle of water, and a wicked cute little workout skort. But other than that, I'm good! ;-)

Cool photo! All I need (especially as of late) is my job as I've been out in the field a lot and climbing killer hills so that's my workout and my job at the same time. Works for me! :)
