Okay, so I have been extremely blessed by many bloggers out there who have offered awesome giveaways and have even been nice enough to draw my name as the winner! LOL! No, seriously, though...I have been fortunate and I have been feeling like I really need to give something back in some way since I am so amazingly grateful!
This weekend I put together a large bag STUFFED with scrapbook stuff for a friend who I hope will be able to use it. The thing is....I didn't even give her half of what I have to give! Yikes! Yes, folks, we are talking PURGE! De-Stash City, here folks! It's a little crazy!
SO...here's the deal... I am going to offer a De-Stash prize to one of my readers! The instructions for entering the giveaway are all down at the bottom of this post. Be sure to read carefully so that you fully qualify! Here is what I plan to do...
I am going to stuff one Flat Rate Priority USPS box with Crafty STUFF! As you know, I am a paper crafter, so it is mostly scrapbook supplies. Some items may be brand new, some items may be gently used, others items may include partial sticker sheets with lots still useable on them....you know how it goes...this is a de-stash, folks! I can promise you that it will be LOTS of stuff! I have already pulled paper, stamps, and embellishments that I know will be included.
Here's the deal...with every 50 comments that I get I am going to try to post a sneak of something that is in the box. That way it will be fun to watch the box grow as the giveaway continues. You have until midnight, Friday, March 13th to enter. I will try to announce the winner on the 14th since that's my sister's birthday and that seems like a good day to let someone win something fun!
Here are a couple of photos of some of the piles I am pulling from:
So, there you have it! I may even throw in some non-crafty fun stuff if I get lots and lots of entries! That is always fun!
Ways to Enter
1. This step is REQUIRED! If this step is not completed no others will be counted. Please tell me if you purchase handmade goods and if you do, where do you get them. I'd love to know why you get them there, too!
Extra Entries:
2. Sign up as a follower of my blog. Be sure to leave an extra comment letting me know you have done so. If you are already a follower leave a comment because that counts, too!
3. Blog about this giveaway and include a link to this post, as well as the general link to my blog. Be sure to leave TWO extra comments letting me know you have done so with a link to your post. This counts as two entries, but you must leave two extra comments!
4. Follow me on Twitter and Tweet about this giveaway. Please leave an extra comment with the link to your tweet letting me know you did this!
Be sure you leave a separate comment for EACH entry. This is the only way they will be counted!
U.S. shipping addresses, please.
Be sure to leave contact info in case you win!
ETA: We have exceeded the 50 comments mark so here is a quick sneak! Just a little one! I will add more as we get more comments in! This is fun!

I am totally a follower!!
ReplyDeleteIf i don't make handmade myself...I am an Etsy freak!! I love to support other crafters!!!
ReplyDeleteI do buy handmade goods because I usually support individuals instead of companies. Looks like the government is giving money to all the bigger companies, so who's looking out for the self employed... I AM!
ReplyDeleteI love handmade stuff! My favorite place to buy is etsy, although before I knew about that site, I bought stuff off of ebay. I also like to go to local arts & crafts festivals and flea markets. My favorite things right now are little girl hairbows and paper crafts like handmade journaling spots.
ReplyDeleteI blogged about your blog!! :)

ReplyDeleteKawaiiNeko2008 (at) aol (dot) com
So I love to look at etsy but have never actually bought anything from there. That's horrible isn't it? Can I still enter? Pretty please with splenda on top...?
ReplyDeleteExtra entry: I've had you in my google reader for a little bit but today I became a follower on blogger. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI usually make my own handmade crafts, although I am a sucker for any craft show or fair! Love handmade goodies...especially for gifts. Thanks for doing this giveaway...I look forward to following you.
ReplyDeleteI rarely buy handmade gifts, because I tend to make my own. If I do, it's usually at a charity bazarre or church bazarre in my own town. That way I can see the item first hand. I make my own cards, even did today for my mother-in-laws birthday. I like to buy patterns though for multiple types of crafts, except crochet and knitting, because a woman at church shares hers.
ReplyDeleteI haven't bought handmade items in a while. In fact, I'm saving money up right now to buy my Mom her birthday gift from Etsy. I just hope I don't spend it all before I can save it!
ReplyDeleteorchestratenoise0726[at]yahoo[dot]com
I purchase hand made good at "Michael's". They design great wreaths and their framing department will put together what you would like. I like the store; I have seen nothing so stocked with craft items anywhere else.

ReplyDeleteWhere do I buy my handmade goods? That's an easy one! Etsy, of course. It is my one stop shop mostly because of the convenience of on-line shopping. As a mother of two young children, it is not, shall we say, always a pleasurable experience to take them into stores. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat giveaway, Jingle. I love returning to your site time and again and always seeing your positive attitude come shining through.

ReplyDeleteI occasionally purchase handmade goods, but I usually do it in November and December, for the holidays. I like to go to craft fairs, where people bring their own homemade crafts/goods and set up a table to sell them. Anything like Christmas decorations, to homemade scarves and aprons, fresh-baked bakery goods, to candles and jewelry. It's all one-of-a-kind, wonderful, reasonably-priced, made-from-the-heart finds!! Thank you for the contest!

ReplyDeleteI love going to craft fairs, but I rarely ever end up buying anything knowing that I can very well make it myself. I do buy handmade items. I usually purchase them during the October "Covered Bridge Festival" in Indiana. I like buying my handmade items there because there is so much variety of items and something new every year. Thanks for the chance to win!

ReplyDeleteI seldom buy homemade goods. They are not easy to find. I buy them when I come across vendors online. garrettsambo@aol.com
