Avery Elle April AEI♥U Challenge

So.. no minute like the last minute, right? I've been having way too much fun creating today and just HAD to participate in the Avery Elle April AEI♥U Challenge! The picture is AMAZING! Here is the inspiration photo that I started with...


Look at those brilliant, warm, happy colors! And the pop of silver brought in by the chairs...*sigh* I love it ALL! Here is the card I created using the Avery Elle Rounded Diamonds stamps and Rounded Diamonds Elle-ments Dies.

LOVE the colors!!! I really do. Happy. They are just HAPPY! And warm, too, so that makes them extra fabulous. For reals, though. I used the following inks from Tsukineko on this card... take a deep breath, this is quite the list...HA!: VersaMagic Red Magic, VersaMagic Turquoise Gem, VersaMagic Key Lime, VersaMagic Sugarcane, Momento Tangelo, Momento Dandelion. The sugarcane adds that nuetral warm touch that holds all of the bright colors together and I just LOVE that! I heat embossed the sentiment from the Bright Days set with silver embossing powder just at the bottom of the card.

I Want This Kitchen

No... like.. for reals, dude. I LOVE this inspiration photo!!! It's the latest color challenge from Gourmet Rubber Stamps and we would love for you to play along!


Seriously, though??? TELL me that kitchen isn't amazing! I mean, for REALS, people! I love it! LOVE IT!!! And the colors were a BLAST to work with, too! SO much fun!!!

I used the adorable Call Me Truffles set! That phone is just too cute! I thought it suited the color scheme well, too! I colored it with Spectrum Noir markers and I love how fun it looks!

A Very Gnomey Christmas!

I'm back!  I hope you all had a super fabulous Thanksgiving!  The Hubbums made the EPIC turkey he had planned and it turned out AMAZING!!!  We normally eat vegetarian, so he figured if we were going to splurge he would go all out.  It was totally worth it!  Awesome turkey!  It was a really fun day with family and then we went back out with the fam on Friday to hunt down my parents' Christmas tree.  It's an annual tradition and TONS of fun!  I posted photos of that adventure on Facebook.  Love when I can get some good ones with people enjoying themselves!

And now it's time to talk Christmas Cards!!!!!  YAY!!!!  This week Gourmet Rubber Stamps has an awesome color challenge for you!  The DT has created some fun cards to get you inspired!  Here is the color challenge.

I LOVE these colors and decided to try to play with them in a new way since I tend to use these tones a lot on my own. So...this is what I came up with!


I used the adorable Gnome stamp and the Merry Christmas stamp for this card. I paper pieced the gnome with some fun papers and a bit of cork for some added texture and, well, FUN!!! YAY for fun things! I added flock to the beard. Very cute!

Hey, Girl.... I love this card. Just sayin'.

Yup. That's why I'm posting today. Because I love this card. I had entered it in the Paper Crafts World Card Making Day contest, but that was a no-go for Miss Jingle, so...it's share time, kids! This was my favorite one of all those I entered. It makes me happy. Just sayin'.


Black background, vibrant cardstock colors, and just a touch of Bossy Joscie flair? Yes, PLEASE! SO FUN!
