It doesn't work when you go and change tenses, now, does it? HA! Well, we want to see how you FELT on your projects! Incorporate felt in some way and make it AWESOME! The Design Team is featuring the Simon Says Stamp Spring Plush collection today! If you have anything from this awesome collection, this is a great excuse to pull it out! If not, that's okay! Use whatever you have on hand to play along!

Rooting For You by Jennifer Ingle #JustJingle #SimonSaysStamp #LawnFawn

You GUYS!!! Stuffed carrots!!!! I had way more fun with this card, than, perhaps, one should. But, YOU GUYS! STUFFED CARROTS! I used the adorable Mini Plush Carrot Dies from Simon Says Stamp along with the gorgeous wool felt from Simon. A bit of quick stitching and some plastic Target bags for stuffing (yup... I like to recycle... lol!), and just like magic, I have adorable carrots. I dry embossed the background for some texture and interest. The sentiment is pulled from the Lawn Fawn Rooting For You stamp set. I love these stamps!

I added the faces with a pen. Yup. That easy peasy! YAY!

Now it's YOUR turn! Create something awesome using felt in some way and link it up to the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge blog for your chance to win a $50 Gift Certificate to the Simon Says Stamp Store! SHOPPING TIME!!!

I can't WAIT to see what you all come up with! This is a super fun one!

Felt and Wood and Paper, Oh, MY!

Okay, so today I have a card to share with you. It may shock you. It's not exactly my usual CAS look. HA! Nope, my friends, this one bring in some wood, some felt, and a patterned paper with a heavy floral, too. Yikes. That's crazy pants, people!

Berry Sweet

Yup. For reals, you guys. I know it is totally different for me, but I LOVE IT! It' has so much TEXTURE! Both physical AND visual, at that! YAY! I used the brand new strawberries2stamp stamps and dies from The Stamps of Life. I am particularly in love with these dies, as the leaves emboss, and they worked BEAUTIFULLY on wood! No, seriously, though...check this out...

Strawberries (detail)

Can you see that beautiful cut/embossed leaf?! LOVE! The felt from The Stamps of Life is also great quality! It die cuts beautifully and you can stamp on it, too! I stamped the strawberry seeds directly onto the felt after die cutting it.

Be sure to check out The Stamps of Life website for some great videos, including one showing off these new stamps!

Have a Happy!

Give Me Something Good To Eat

Okay, so that's pretty much the story of my life.  HA!  No, but for reals, I love to eat.  And candy is a problem for me.  The very BEST PROBLEM EVER!!!!  Just sayin'.  All that said, Halloween is pretty much the bestest holiday ever seeing as it is obviously ALL about the candy!  YAY!!!  So... in that Spirit, I created today's fun Halloween card!

Something Good

I LOVE that sentiment!!!  It's from the Halloween Chatter set from Unity.  It's an AWESOME set and you should probably buy it.  Just sayin'.  (I don't get anything if you do, I just love it!  HA!)

Something Good to Eat

The sequins and patterned paper are both American Crafts goodies that I picked up at Target.  I love that I can casually add a supply or two to the groceries!  HA!  The little felt sticker is an older one from CTMH that I've had in my stash because I simply couldn't bear to part with

I am linking up to the Unity Friends with Flair with this fun little card!

Have a Happy!!!

Living In A Material World

And I am a Material Girl!

Yes, total ear worm, but DUDE, that's a pretty awesome one, at least.  I mean, it IS Madonna, after all! This week we are playing with material for the CAS-ual Fridays challenge!  That means canvas, felt, and fabric of any kind is on the table, folks!  It's a fun one!  Woot!

Grazie

Mmmm.... yellow.  How is it that you can be such a pretty color?  I just love you.  K.  Now that we've had that beautiful moment.  Moving on!

I chose to die cut a felt bow with the Simon Says Stamp Perfect Bow Die.  It's SO CUTE!  I assembled the bow and attached it to a simple card base stamped with a simple thank you sentiment from the Big Thanks set from CAS-ual Fridays Stamps.  I love that there are so many language options on this set!  This one suited my card design perfectly!  LOVE THAT!

Sometimes I really just love pure simplicity.  I really do.  Now it's YOUR turn to play with some fabric!  Create an awesome CAS project using material in some way and link it up over at the CAS-ual Fridays post for your chance to win a great prize from Ellen Hutson!

Have a Happy!

Seriously, these are a blast to make and I am totally addicted now! SO stinking much fun!

Now, I have a genuine question for you guys and I REALLY want to know what you think, so please....all of you who lurk, follow, stalk, read, etc. please consider taking a moment to leave a comment on this post in response to the following question.

I am seriously considering beginning to do reviews on my blog. I would like to do several different types. I would like to know if a.) this is something you would be interested in reading and b.) if so, what kinds of products would you like reviewed?

I will continue, of course, to post my crafty stuff and my occasional personal posts, but I would like to add reviews to the mix. What do you think? What should I know? What do you have to say about the matter? If you don't want reviews what WOULD you like to see more of around here? I would really like to make you all happy. You know I like smiles!....and cupcakes. But since I can't send you all a cupcake, I'd like to work on the smiles.

SPILL! Thanks! I really do appreciate it!

Have a great day!!!
