Anything GOES!

It's ANYTHING GOES week! Yup! It's that time again! And this week the Design Team is playing with Stampendous! goodies! You know I had to pull out a fun little critter for this one! 

These little ice cream bunnies know how it's done, ya'll. I stamped them on watercolor paper and painted them, adding just a touch of texture with some Enamel Accents because, well, because chocolate chips. For reals, though.

The sentiment is from the Simon Says Stamp Ice Cream Dream set. It worked SO perfectly with this image! I love it when that happens! YAY!

It's New and It's Awesome!

Have you heard about the new Spellbinders® Sapphire machine? It is currently exclusively available through Joann Stores and when you see the price, you are going to be a *wee tad bit* excited. For reals, though. This is a fabulous smaller machine and there is also a great line of blue dies to go with it! YAY! In the meantime, I am sharing a card today that I created using some of the fabulous new Sapphire dies!



For this card I pulled out the Basic Squares, Basic Rectangles, and the Mini Hearts die sets. Why, yes, I do happen to be in love with these dies. Like, SUPER DUPER in love, dude. Save the date. For reals, though.



I cut the shapes in several colors before adhering them randomly onto my card. I made sure to emboss each piece (because Spellbinders® dies are MADE to cut and emboss and they rock like that) to add extra visual texture to the design. I absolutely LOVE how this one turned out. For reals.

Fun in the Rain with Chickaniddy Crafts

Today is my final post as Guest Designer on the Chickaniddy Crafts blog. I have absolutely LOVED working with Chickaniddy! Their collections are just so much fun! I have used the super fabulous Jolly Good collection, once again, showcasing the incredible versatility of this line. I love it. For reals, though.



I pulled out not only the papers, but stickers and die cuts for this super fun rainy day hello card. I used simple techniques to add both color and dimension and you can read about those on the Chickaniddy blog! I just love how all of the elements come together so well!



This Spellbinders® sentiment die was the perfect fit for this fun, rainy day hello! I sort of love it.
