Just in case you haven't noticed, I'm a strong believer in that sentiment. Just be you, that is. Not Happy Saturday. Well, I'm a fan of that, too, but it doesn't hold quite the importance of Just be you. You know? K. Anyway, today I want to share a super fun card with you!
Reasons why I love this card:
A. The sentiment is happy making!
2. I CUT WOOD WITH MY CRICUT!!!! HOW COOL IS THAT?????
iii. I got to use the Bathing Beauties stamp from 100 Proof Press that was challenging me to the max!
P.S. I also got use that AMAZING May Arts ribbon and the new ArtC glitter I got (which I highly recommend if you are a fan of SUPER FINE glitter! Great stuff!) at 2Peas awhile ago on super duper sale. AND I got to add some fun Creative Imaginations paper and the CI wood, too! YAY!
So, yup. That's why I pretty much love it! HA! And...it is super fun and reminds me of the beach!!!
And...I *might* have cleaned my desk this morning. Just say'n. I'm not going to show you a picture though, because I fear that will destroy my reputation. HA!!!
Thank you SO much to all who have voted over at Retro Cafe Art! There is still time if you haven't made it over there, yet! Voting closes on the 9th! Also, if you feel like voting some more...LOL! My May Arts finalist project is up on their blog! I would love your support there, too! Just let them know on that post or on Facebook that you would like to vote for me. You know...I actually hate asking for votes, which is why I generally avoid it. I hope you guys don't mind me asking! I really appreciate your support!!!

ReplyDeleteFabulous and fun! I totally agree with the sentiment! :)
ReplyDeleteI've been pretty successful at avoiding buying a Cricut so far. But now that I know that you can cut even wood with it...ahhhhhh! I don't want to feel like I "need" a bunch of the cartridges, so I'm trying not to buy one. I love what you did, though.
ReplyDeleteTruer words have never be spoken!!! Lovely card with a heartfelt resonating theme. Peace, Mary Helen
