We are just in STITCHES!

Tee-hee.  See what I did there?  *sigh*  Okay...I hear ya... moving on.  But yes, the CAS-ual Fridays challenge this week is all about stitches!  Real stitches, faux stitches, die cut stitches, just preferably not skin stitches... those hurt.  Just sayin'.

Merry Kiss-mas

I decided that I needed to play with some embossing and markers, so, that is what I did, my dear friends!  I pulled out the super cute Merry Kiss-mas set from CAS-ual Fridays stamps and went to town!  I stamped and embossed both the image and the sentiment in white on a black background and then I used my Spectrum Noir markers to color some areas.  I love this technique!  It's so easy and really makes things pop off of dark backgrounds!

This week our sponsor is Simon Says Stamp!  One lucky winner who creates an AWESOME project using STITCHES will win a great prize from Simon!  Woot!  Head on over to the CAS-ual Fridays blog to check out what the rest of the Girl Fridays have created and jumpstart your own creativity with their fabulous inspiration!
Have a Happy!
