What's On Your Workspace Wednesday - Two dolls and a Giant Gaping HOLE!

WOYWW 16 June 2010

Well, there you have it.  My desk.  It's back to being it's usual mess.  Although, this shot shows the GIANT GAPING HOLE in the background where my iMac belongs!  HA!  Where is it, you ask?  Oh...it's in the living room.  Some people have laptops and other people just casually pick up their 24 inch iMac and carry it into the living room.  Totally normal.

Riiiiiiiiiiight.   HA!

No, The Hubbums needed to do a giant slide show project in iMovie with hundreds of photos and his laptop, while it is an awesome laptop, doesn't quite have the processing power to do that sort of thing in a reasonable amount of time.  Thus...the relocation of my machine for a temporary period of time. It's not back yet.  We've been busy.  Just say'n.  LOL!

However, that DID mean that I could sit on the couch, watch Hulu, and do my stitching last night quite comfortably!  LOL!   I worked on one of the dolls that you see there on the table and I made a super ctue headband that never made it to the desk and it totally in my hair!  I'll show you that tomorrow!  Yay!!!!

Anyway, have a super happy Wednesday!!!  I'll try to get my Wordless Wednesday post up soon, too!

  3. I am keeping this picture bookmarked for the next time DH complains about my mess. I am so glad I am not the only one. However my workspace starts in my studio and then makes a messy path to the kitchen island and then to the living area (by way of dining room table). I think it is so cool you have an imac. That is what I want when I grow up! <3

  4. I just (sorta) cleared my work table so I can roll out and cut some fabric. My Daddy (an attorney) has a sign *somewhere* on his desk that reads "A clean desk is a sure sign of insanity" or something like that. ;)
