I Would Say This is the Most Embarrassing Post Ever, but....

The sad part is... there will likely be more of them.  Yikes!  So, here's the deal.  Jen, Suzanne, Jessica and I all got together earlier this week.  We did the 10 Minute Craft Dash.  It's harder than it looks, folks, that's all I have to say about THAT!  HA!  So.... here's the video... absolute proof that we completed our cards in ten minutes... as well as absolute proof that...well, just watch.... it's nuts!

So....yeaaaaaah..... that's us. HA! After further review my biggest question is for Jessica...what is that scissor method you used to remove the pearls from the backing sheet? I totally didn't see you doing that when we were making our cards. HA! I'm QUITE sure I would send them flying or straight into my eye if I did that. Impressive, my friend. Impressive. HA!

And...here is the card that came as a result of that ten minute bit of insanity. I'll be honest...it took everything in me not to make some corrections after the fact, but, alas, I didn't. Because I didn't cheat... it's not flawless, but it's fun, it's cute, and we had fun making them and that's the BEST PART! For reals, though.

Good Luck

The twine. It isn't perfect. It's driving me absolutely BATTY! HA! The stamps are from Paper Smooches Word Salad set and I believe the patterned paper comes from the Amy Tangerine Ready, Set, Go 6x6 pad, but don't quote me on that one. Mind you...I wouldn't suggest attempting to make submission cards in ten minutes... you tend to lose track of your sources pretty quickly. LOL!

Good Luck (detail)

So...head over to the girls' blogs and leave 'em some love! :) Hope you have enjoyed this moment of insanity! I hope you have a fabulous weekend and a Superb St. Patrick's Day!

Have A Happy!

  26. Well you pulled it off quite nicely, my friend! I wouldn't have been able to take the pressure. Have to admit the greatest fun was listening to the Boston accents! Reminded me so much of when my sister used to talk like that. Not making fun, seriously, I enjoyed it!!:)

  32. That was hilarious! It reminds me of the time I went to a card swap with a friend. We only had 10 minutes per card and spent the entire day laughing and running around in a frenzy trying to get our cards assembled. So funny!
And your videographer from Caahd Yaahd has the best accent EVER!
