  5. Such a sweet card. I would pick the critters ever after set, so I could make Double Unicorn Success Club cards (search Double Unicorn Success club The Bloggess). I also recommend searching for The Bloggess and Giant Metal Chicken. I am asthmatic and needed my inhaler. Take precautions.

  27. love this! the flowers are so sweet! Did you know that Michelangelo overheard people talking about his Pieta sculpture and said there was no way he had done it since he was so young? He didn't want any other artist to get credit, so he snuck in at night with a chisel and candle and carved his name in the sash. He regretted it and never signed another piece.

  41. Awww! I love this card! I love the flower stamp set from lawn fawn - I've been trying to get my hands on it for a while but it's been out of stock at my local stockist.
I raise money for wildlife charities so I find that cards with critters on and flowers are always fitting and go down well. I love how lawn fawn can make flowers look young and stylish. I find it kind of has a lily Pulitzer feel to it (especially with bright colours).

  55. My jaw totally dropped when I saw this card...stunning!! I'm curious to know how you achieved the watercolor effect in different colors -- did you stamp all of the images separately or did you somehow use the large floral group stamp?

    ReplyDelete
  56. You had me at "(Preferably an interesting one. Pick Me! comments bug me and boring comments, well, they're just boring. So make it fun!)" I always try to read a post to respond on what is written rather than the pick me option but this just really made me smile, thanks for that!

  57. Pretty pastels with black - one word - STRIKING!! And just so you know....I'm not jumping up and own with my hand in the air, shouting "pick me"...that's me there at the back - the one against the wall, with that shy expression that says, "of course, you don't have to pick me, I'm sure there are much worthier commenters out there"!!!

  62. Oh, I love everything by Lawn Fawn and the only bad thing about winning this giveaway would be having to narrow down my choice to just one favorite stamp set! Of course, I could cash in on an early birthday present, and maybe even an early Christmas present???...and get more than one! Sigh..sometimes getting your wish come true brings great responsibility but I'll take my chances..LOL!
