To create this card I stamped the image on the front panel and then used a craft knife to cut the frame around the image. I created my card base and stamped the image directly on the base and then layered the cut frame panel over that with foam tape. It's a simple technique that tosses a good bit of impact out there. I kinda like it.
The stamps are the I Adore You set by Echo Park for Unity. I love these gorgeous stamps! The burlap string is May Arts. I love that stuff. You should probably get some. You can find the whole roll at Simon Says. Just sayin'.
