However, I feel this card is quite appropriate for today because you see, Jingle needs two very basic things in life to handle the outside world. One of those things is food. I don't do hungry well. I had plenty of that over the weekend, so that wasn't a problem. However, the other basic, intrinsic need Jingle has is sleep. Of that, my dear friends, I had very little. HA! Working on catching up, though, so I promise I will be nice!
Is that not the AWESOMEST crab stamp you have ever seen in your AWESOMEST life? (Remember...if I use it, it automatically becomes a word. Just say'n.) It is the fabulous Blue Crab stamp from 100 Proof Press! Just CHECK OUT that detail! I love it. And no, I didn't stamp it in blue and grey like a proper blue crab. Good thing for me...blue crabs and the red ones have VEWY VEWY simiwar body structure, so I feel confident in getting away with my red/orange color scheme on this one. Just say'n.
I printed the sentiment using the American Typewriter font. {heart.} And the background is a severly fabulous piece of October Afternoon goodness! The ribbon, albeit fabulous, has been in my stash forever and a few days, so I'm not really sure who made it, but I love it. For reals.
So, here's the deal. I'll try not to be crabby if you promise to head on over to 100 Proof Press to check out their other awesome sea creature stamps along with all the other cuteness they have over there! You can purchase them mounted, unmounted, or cushioned for mounting on your own wood, so you have choices GALORE, my friends!
I hope you have a super fantabulous Monday full of people who are not crabby. Just Say'n.
Jingle OUT!

ReplyDeleteGreat card. I think your artistic expression with the blue crab is fun. I will tell you that I find blue crabs taste much better than the red ones. LOL
ReplyDeleteAnticipating the details of the crop AFTER you are sufficiently rested! Mama Kai says, "SLEEP!" That card is DELICIOUS! And red? My favorite color! So how could I NOT love a red Blue Crab? LOL! Fact is, I've yet to NOT love ANYTHING you've created! Even in a state of sleep deprivation, you are the MOST fun! LOVE YOU! (Now WHY are you still up reading these comments? SLEEP!)
