I used the Hot Air Balloon image from 100 Proof Press three times to create my baloons. Actually, I stamped it six times because I backed each one, as well.
Of course a bit of distress ink, glass glitter, and some fabulous ribbon and vwala!
A super fun little Up, Up, and Away spoolie!!!! And, I have to mention that the spool concept was totally inspired by the fabulous Jan!
