A Mixed Media Canvas
I created this using the same basic steps that Tim laid out for his project. I decoupaged the text paper onto the canvas with the grunge board crown glued down securely. (Tombow MONO adhesive) and sealed it with the decoupage medium. I then painted and inked my metal word tag and inked the edges of the canvas and the crown. The last step was to adhere the metal pieces. It was really a rather simple piece to create, but I really love the result! Very fun!
So there you have it! What do you think? I do have a story to share with you all, as our Fourth of July was what one might call 'eventful' but I am too wiped out by it at the moment, so you will have to get that one later on this week.
