I had so much fun with this The Scoop clear stamp set! I think I may have to add some Christmas lights for holiday cards this year!!! I stamped the background in a pale grey with the larger ice cream cone and then layered my little scene over the stamped background. I colored this one with colored pencils and I so enjoyed the process! The little puppy is from the Doodlebug Puppy Love Sprinkles sticker set. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!!!!

It's Hip to Be Square

Hello, friends! It's time for another awesome Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge! This week, it is Hip to be Square! Yes, that's right, we want to see your square inspired cards and projects! The Design Team is featuring Simon Says Stamp exclusives this week! You know how much I LOVE my Simon exclusives!!! I decided to use the absolutely gorgeous Seeing Stars stamp set. I LOVE these stamps so much!

I stamped and embossed the star in the center and used watercolors to create the background. I love how it turned out! Watercolors are so much fun!!! I then stamped the sentiment on white and adhered it with some foam tape to pop it up a bit. Nice and easy and it stands out wonderfully! I used Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle pen to add bits of shimmer to the design. It is so pretty! The photo below is a little dark, but you can see the sparkle!

Spectrum Noir Colorista Blog Hop

I have had them in my hands for a bit now and I love how the markers work so well for coloring books and also how there are a variety of books allowing me to work on a small coloring page or a larger one depending on my mood!

Make for the Border!

Hello, folks! Happy Wednesday! We have a super fun new challenge this week! We are Running for the Border on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge blog this week! That's right, we want to see you use border stamps, border dies, create a border.... however you interpret the challenge, as long as it is AWESOME, of course! The Design Team is featuring Memory Box products this week. I pulled out this SUPER cute bow and string border die to create my card. I kind of love it. Kind of lots, actually.

I don't normally do horizontal cards, so that was an extra bit of challenge for me, but I love how this turned out. I used Lawn Fawn plaid paper to create the look of a wrapped gift and then stamped the border strip with HB2U using Lawn Fawn Milo's ABC's.

I just love this little panda!!!! The cuteness!!! I wanted to keep the design simple, but I also wanted to add some pop to the design so I used Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pens for the grass. It glitters SO MUCH! I love it!
