I Guess I'm Just On a Tea Kick This Week! {SSD #88}

Well, it's time for the 88th sketch from Skipping Stones Design! We, once again, have a fabulous sketch this week and some really fun cards to share with you! And, as my title suggests, (or blatantly states...something like that...HA!), I am apparently on a tea kick this week! My card yesterday featured the Queen of Tea and Cake and today's card is Good To the Last Drop!

Good To the Last drop

Yup! I pulled out the ALWAYS super fun Funny Coffee Vol. 1 set. Yes, I'm aware it is supposed to be coffee, but I always see tea because we don't drink coffee in our house. HA!

I paper pieced the cup with some cute Crate Paper patterns and added a GORGEOUS silk May Arts ribbon to the card.

Wanna know something kinda funny? I really HATE coffee rings on counter tops. No. Seriously. They drive me insane. If I see one at work I HAVE to clean it up. It's just one of my many issues, but seriously, they make me crazy. Just say'n. Why is that funny? Well, I kinda love the coffee ring stamp in this set and I used it a lot! HA! Apparently when it is ink it just doesn't bother me that much!

Oh! And guess WHAT?! Skipping Stones Design is offering FREE SHIPPING right now! Yup. For reals. All you have to do is enter FREESHIP at checkout and you will get free shipping with ANY size order! Yup. Awesome. I know.

AND...not only that, but we are getting ready for the Blogs for Boobies event again this year! We will have a Blogs For Boobies Bounce (hee-hee...blog hop) and you will have the opportunity to bid on the cards featured (and often people add other goodies, too!). All funds raised will be donated to the Susan G. Komen foundation to help in their efforts to find a cure for Breast Cancer. For me, this is a special event this year, after just recently losing my friend, Chris, from this miserable disease. The event will take place on Monday, August 15th and will be open for bids for three days. Please help spread the word!

So...WOW! That was a lot of info...you might wanna grab a pen and jot some of that down just in case. Just say'n. And NOW, here's your HOMEWORK!

Head on over to Skipping Stones Design and check out what the Stamp Tramps and the amazing guests did this week and then make YOUR OWN card with this weeks sketch for your chance to win some free stamps!
