Happy Halloween!

And HAPPY THE REDSOX WON THE WORLD SERIES DAY!!!!!!!!  I'm just a tad bit excited.  And tired.  Very.  Very.  Tired.  HA!

I do have a super fun Halloween card to share with you today, however!  I pulled out one of my stencils, as I'm trying to use those more being that they are all trendy and such.  HA!

Halloween Greetings

To create the background, I layered the tree stencil over the natural cardstock and then pressed my VersaMark pad all over it.  This put ink on the negative space and I heat embossed that with a wicked cool embossing enamel from Stampendous that created a perfect night sky!  I love it!

I die cut a circle for the moon and inked it and then punched a few bats to surround it.  The sentiment is from Unity Stamp Company's Halloween Chatter set.  I LOVE that set!  I made some cute treat bags for the office with those stamps, too!  So easy!

So, all in all, today we have candy coming from every direction AND the Red Sox won the Series, so, while I may be exhausted, it is going to be a GREAT DAY!

Have a Happy, folks!  Happy Halloween!

Hello & Happy Holidays

I used a BUNCH of super fun goodies on this fun Christmas card!  You can find all of them in the links below my post.  There are just too many to list here!  LOL!  I stamped the background in red and green circles and layered vellum over it to make it a bit more subtle.  To get the striped 'hello' die cut, I first layered strips of cardstock on a thin paper and then die cut it all together.  I love how fun and festive that looks!

Hello & Happy Holidays

This card was seriously a TON of fun to create!!!  I just love it!  It's bright and festive and full of CHRISTMAS!  YAY!  Now it's your turn to create ANYTHING you want and link it up to the Wednesday Challenge blog for your chance to win!  Be sure to follow the rules, as we do check!

Have a Happy!!!  And.... Let's Go RED SOX!!!!!!!

A Warm and Cozy Sunset

*sigh*  Oranges and yellows are so wonderfully warm!  It was 29 degrees when I woke up this morning.  Twenty-nine.  That's not warm.  Not even a little.  So, I decided to post this card in an effort to at least warm up visually!  HA!

I Miss You

Warm and Cozy.  Right?  Right.  Trust me on this one.  I masked off the arched area and inked in various shades using the Desert Heat Kaleidacolor ink pad from Tsukineko.  I love using these ink pads for this type of application because it takes all of the guess work out of finding perfect colors to blend!  I inked the stamp for the sun in various shades, as well.

I stamped and embossed the sentiment on a black strip and folded it into a banner.  I inked the edges with white ink to really make it stand out.  This card is fairly simple, but I really love how pretty it turned out!

I am linking this up to the AEI♥U Challenge over on the Avery Elle blog!

You can find the supplies I used for my card in the links below.

Have a Happy!

And here is the super fun card I created with it using the Boo Crew stamp set!  (I love Halloween!  Yay!)  I decided to make my card a vertical one instead of horizontal, but other than that I stuck pretty closely to the sketch.

Happy Halloween

I colored my mummy bear (Go ahead...say that out loud.  It's fun.  You know you want to.) with Spectrum Noir markers and I just love how he turned out!  So adorable!  Other than that, this card is simply cardstock and a bit of May Arts ribbon!  Nice and easy, yet oh, so cute!

Mummy Bear Happy Halloween
