My studio, however, is NOT unpacked yet. I got my desk built, but The Hubbums will have to do my large Expedit shelf, as I'd likely build it upside down and inside out. HA! I do have my computer set up and I did take a couple of quick shots of the space with my phone to share with you today.
This is just a corner, but it shows you the half wall that looks down into the living/dining area below. LOVE IT!!! I will have to measure the room to let you know just how big it is. It is WAY bigger than any space I've had before! It's going to be hard to let this one go later on! LOL!
As for my desk, well, this is what is on it right now. A couple of recent deliveries that I finally got to open! That doll is one I won from ThEm DoLLz and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! Jen makes amazing dolls and her craftsmanship is just stunning! For reals...the work on this doll is stunning! I was very impressed! Love it!

Have fun settling in. My hubby can't seem to build things fast enough for me...and last time I got impatient I actually did build the shelf inside out. I had to undo it and redo the right way. LOL. Hubby was laughing at me the whole time ;)

It's pretty amazing how much you have accomplished in a week. I'm really impressed. I'm sure you will have that space filled in no time. It looks great already. Sorry I'm so late getting here. I'm number 11 this week, although the week is nearly over.
ReplyDeleteI told hubby that the reason our apartment complex keeps raising the rent so much is they know we are too old and too lazy to move (not just us, all the tenants). Moving is way too much work. The outcome is usually nice but getting there is the stuff of nightmares. I love your new space. I like that it is open to below (but not like you are exposed). Happy unpacking!!
