And it has worked rather well, too, if I do say so myself. It's safe, easily accessible, and covers the big giant empty wall! Perfect 'us' decor! LOL! Here is the card I created inspired by the 'Bike on the Wall' piece in my home. HA!
*LOVE!* I used two different stamp sets for this one. The bicycle is from the Sealed With A Kiss Diners set and the sentiment is from the Swingin' Spring Diners set. They work perfectly together!
Now it's your turn! Find something that inspires you in YOUR home and use it!!! This is a super fun way to jump start your creativity! Have fun! And don't forget to head on over to the Gourmet Rubber Stamps blog to see what the other Design Team girls did with this super fun challenge!
Jingle Out!
Awesome card and I love the bike!
ReplyDeleteFun design!
ReplyDeleteawesome card..
ReplyDeleteThat's a cool card you made, however, I too have a small apartment and instead of putting my bike on display in the living room, I got a Montague, which is a folding bike. So I can store it in my closet. Granted, I wouldn't get the cool inspiration, but I like not having to look at it all the time too.
ReplyDeleteThis is so fun! Love these stamps and love the line up of tape at the bottom!
ReplyDeleteAwesome!!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card! Would you believe I keep my bike in my bedroom?! For true! :D
ReplyDeletetoo cute
ReplyDeleteBike. Check. Bike stamps. Check. LOVE!
ReplyDeleteso so cute! :) and no, in our home our bikes (all 7 of them... are in the garage)
ReplyDeleteHow cool is that!?! I love it and your card
ReplyDeleteGreat card!! I love the bits of pattern paper at the bottom of the card for the punch of color! Perfect touch.
ReplyDeleteLove the popped up bike - well, both of them, I guess :) We had bikes everywhere until earlier this week - in the shed, in the basement, in the yard...gave away 4 outgrown bikes to a teen who rehabs & donates them. How cool is that? So now we're down to one in the bsmt, and 3 hanging out with the barbecue. I remember having to keep mine in our kitchen in our first place...should have hung it up!
ReplyDeleteThe strips of colored paper are just cool.
ReplyDeleteSuch a nice design. The washi tape really finishs it off!
