Clean and Simple Candy Canes

As you are likely aware, I really love creating CAS cards.  Love it.  There is just something about the simplicity that attracts me.  When it comes to holiday cards, CAS can be particularly nice, as it is often (although, certainly not always) a bit easier to produce in bulk.  Today I have a fun card to share with you that would not take too long to do in multiples, yet, still has a strong enough design to stand well on its own.

Happy Holidays Candy Cane (staged)

I used the candy cane and the sentiment from one of the new holiday Peel & Stick packs from PSA Essentials!  I love that there are a bunch of holidays included in this one pack of stamps.

I used a circle cutter to cut the large circle and a punch for the smaller ones.  Nice and easy.  A white gel pen made it easy to add a bit of pen stitching to finish off this festive card.  For more inspiration using PSA Essentials check out PSA Stamp Camp!

Do you plan to create your holiday cards this year?  Do you do them all the same or do you do a bunch of different designs.  Because I'm constantly creating Christmas cards throughout the year for pub calls and DT work, I give everyone a different one because I end up with quite a nice supply by the time Christmas rolls around!  LOL!  It's kinda handy, actually!  HA!

I hope you have a super fabulous Tuesday!!!!  Thanksgiving is COMING!!!!  We are pretty excited in our house, but I have to work on Wed., so I have to find a way to stay focused!  LOL!

  8. Really nice CAS card! You are very good with this type of card.

I usually make my Christmas cards using just one design. This year I am making several different designs and like having a bit of variety.
