Happy Christmas to All! {Sketchy Thursdays}

But it's not THURSDAY, you say!?!

Well, you are right.  Fortunately, the folks over at Sketchy Thursdays like to have some fun and toss in a few extra challenges here and there and I needed one tonight and since I wanted to do this sketch as soon as I laid my little brown eyes upon it...I decided to go for it!

Yes...you heard that correctly...

I MADE SOMETHING!!!

YAY!!!!!!!!!
This is a good thing.  A very good thing.

So, here is the sketch:

Yup.  Simple and perfectly happy making.
Perfectly.  Happy.  Making.
Just say'n.

AND.....
DRUMROLL PLEASE......

Here is my card!

HEEEEEEE!!!! It's so super cute and fun!
I know...I'm not supposed to say that, but, honestly! What's a girl to do when she just falls in love with her adorable little creation? REALLY? What's a girl to do?

So, you wanna know what the EXTRA cool thing about my way fun little Happy Christmas Card is?

Huh? Huh? Wanna Know???? Do ya??? Do ya????

Yup. You totally do.

DSCN5153

Shhhh!!!!! Don't tell! This card has a little SECRET!!! Yup, folks, that's a fabulous little pin back you see beneath that red ruffly goodnes! It's a SUPER FREAKING ADORABLE little red and map-ish brooch ATTACHED to the card via the pin, so the EXTRA SPECIAL recipient gets a little surprise gift with her card!!!!

LOVE. IT.
Sometimes I really am a genius. Just say'n.
(The funny part is that spell check totally just caught me mis-spelling the word 'genius' thus proving that I am nothing more than a braggart, but alas. What's a girl to DOOO????? *BIG SIGH*)

OH! And nope. I don't own an iTop. I would love one, but they are a bit pricey, so I don't have one. BUT, I DID, indeed, cover that brad with that super fabulous map paper! If I'm feeling industrious I will whip up a tutorial to show you how to make that kind of magic happen! It's good stuff, folks. GOOD STUFF!

So, alas, the end of my post is nigh. *sigh*

Don't be too sad, though. You see, I'M BACK, baby!
That's right, ladies and gentlemen, I AM BACK!
No more of that mopey chic who posted that totally not fun post earlier today.
Seriously.
Who let her into my blog, anyway?

Head on over to Sketchy Thursdays to see what the other participants created and be inspired!

Jingle Out!

HAAAAA!!!! Every time, it gets me. EV.RY.TIME.
Just say'n.
