Good Times

I just LOVED these photos! It amazes me sometimes when all of my friends are so kind as to coordinate their outfits not ONLY with each other, but also with my favorite scrapbook papers! LOL! Remind me to thank them for that later! LOL! The colors were just too much fun to work with, as they are not ones that show up in my photos very often! A bunch of us went to the Cheesecake Factory after Josh and Kerrie's wedding and we had a blast!

Good Times

Supplies:

Patterned Papers: Basic Grey, SEI, and I think the background is My Mind's Eye, but I will have to double check!
Ghost Accents: Heidi Swapp (Thanks to Stacey over at AMR!)
Dew Drop Accents: Micheal's
Shrink Plastic Letters: Around the Block
Thickers Foam Letters: American Crafts
Ribbon: From My Stash
Pen for names on photos: Zig Photo Signature

Now...leave a link to a layout you have done with fun pics of you and your friends! I'd love to see them!

P.S. You may want to check out my post about the goodies I got in the mail....I'm just say'n is all.....you might wanna take a peak....

  8. That's great that you want to know more about COCOA!

Here's a link to our group:

    http://abc123.sewnews.com/component/option,com_groupjive/task,showgroup/groupid,59/

You can join the group on the MB and then sign up for a weekly progressive challenge. The sign-ups are always posted on Thursday, and part A is posted on Friday, B on Sat, C on Sun, and D on Monday, then you essentially have until 10:30 am 4 days later to post your steps to our gallery , the final one being due on Friday (read the threads for more info). After that, a message is sent out through our yahoo group (under the name COCOA2) with a ballot on it. Everyone votes, and the winner for the week gets a little prize from someone's stash. We also have daily challenges (known as Instant Cocoas or ICs) and another weekly progressive challenge ("extra cups" or ECCOCOA) which will start back up in a couple weeks. For more info, PM angelas (Angie) on the CKMB- she's our head honcho right now. I hope that gives you a good idea of how we do things. Everything is optional, so feel free to give it a try for a week when you have some time to spare! It's a lot of fun and pushes me to finish at least one layout a week. PM me or comment with other questions you have.
